What We Are Learning

Every day, we begin class with a short math warm-up reviewing basic computation and word problem skills.

For the next four-six weeks, our class will be learning about ratios, proportions, and percents.

Every day, we begin class with a short language warm-up reviewing basic grammar, vocabulary, punctuation and capitilization.

We are reading The Tell-Tale Heart, studying vocabulary, discussing literary elements, and analyzing story content.

We are also reading short passages from Leveled Text, and working on developing better comprehensio n skills.
